FOR: Data Storage for the Cayman Islands Government (Consulting for the implementation of Strategic and Governance Framework for the Cayman Islands Government)

Client Agency: Ministry of Home Affairs, Computer Services Department, and various other Government Departments.

You are invited by the Government of the Cayman Islands to submit up to two proposals not totalling in excess of two hundred thousand Cayman Islands Dollars ($200,000 CI) in network starage meeting the minimum criteria in “Requirements for Additional Storage”.

Your Tender when completed is to be delivered, together with all other relevant documents by email to:

The deadline for Tender submissions is Friday, March 13, 2015, 12:00 noon.

The Form of Tender and any other supporting documents stated on the Form of Tender when completed and signed are to be received not later than the time given. Tenders must be submitted with company information, Evidence of manufactures authorization to sell and support equipment tendered, evidence of Trade and Business license, technical specifications of proposed equipment, warranty information, time period for delivery and the pricing matrix with the price proposed for the Tender should be on the first page.

The Cayman Islands Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest nor any tender. Late bids will not be accepted, CIG will not defray any cost incurred by bidders. The Cayman Islands Government shall not be bound to assign any reason for not accepting any tender and may accept a Tender in whole or in part. The Government is under no obligation to release proprietary information or pricing of any competitor through this tender process.
